Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Contact us at saniwaves13@mail.com to initiate your return. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
